The Los Miradores development has existed since 2005. Common areas, roads and infrastructure have have existed since 2006. Los Miradores is located north of downtown San Juan del Sur with ocean view to Nacascolo beach. The development currently has 31 lots, with 13 houses built or under construction. They are in the price range of U$40,000 to U$60,000. The onsite water system stores water in a cistern at the bottom of the development.
